At itel Nigeria, we are committed to providing you with high-quality mobile devices and accessories, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the official receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Our certified technicians will inspect the device to ensure it is in its original condition, includes all accessories, and is free from user-induced damage or software tampering.

    Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your return and whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved.

    Refund or Replacement

    Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, resulting in either a full refund to your original payment method or the dispatch of a brand-new replacement unit.
